IDMC celebrated 13 years and the fact that they are the only UK gospel choir with a compilation album of their own work. The feeling of achievement at the delivery of this project is awesome, and we promise to continue.
Live & PHAAT Vol.1
IDMC’S Second full live album project which featured a mass choir, 6 piece band with additional horn section, as well as strings and UK ‘A’ list gospel artists to boot, such as Noel Robinson, Green Jade, Nathan Prime, as well as great vocals from the from a young choir happy to please the sell out audience.
Take it to The Streets
IDMC continues to move away from being a traditional sounding gospel choir with their more contemporary sound. With their first full studio album John wrote and co-wrote with his brother Trevor (Mobo award winning writer and producer) and created the new UK choir sound.
Lift Your Head Up
This power packed funky inspirational song co- written between John and his brother Trevor shook the gospel music scene and set a president for the new sound of UK gospel music. With remixes from Lindslee Campbell, Adrian Mckenzie and Stomp media, giving the track massive appeal in many musical genres.
